What are your hours?
We are open for dine-in service from 11am - 10pm Monday through Saturday & 11am - 9pm on Sunday. We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, & Christmas Day. We close at 7pm on Christmas Eve & all other holidays we are open regular hours.
Do you take reservations?
Unfortunately, we do not. However, we do appreciate a heads up if you're planning on bringing a group of 8 or more people. This will allow us to schedule the appropriate amount of staff and on busier evenings the host can strategically seat other guests to try to get your party seated as quickly as possible.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can pick one up at the restaurant or give an E-Gift Card at https://www.toasttab.com/chase-creek-smoke-house/giftcards . E-Gift cards can be delivered at the day & time of your choosing and are sent by email or text.
Do you allow dogs?
While we love dogs, FDA Food Code is straightforward on this. "Live animals may not be allowed on the premises of a food service establishment." The only exception is for service animals and patrol dogs that are accompanying police or security officers.
This includes our outside dining area & pets should not be inside the fenced area.
We do have a dog run area on the west end of our parking lot.
Where are you located?
Our address is 7143 S Depot Street, Chase, MI. We are a block south of US10 about 8 miles west of Reed City, & about 15 miles east of Baldwin.
Do you have outdoor food service?
We have food service at 5 umbrella tables on our patio. We also have an outdoor bar on the patio to enjoy a cocktail if you have to wait for a table. The patio is closed from mid-September to mid-May and may be closed at other times dependent on the weather.
Can the patio be rented out for a private event?
Unfortunately, we use the patio area for food service during season and as an additional waiting area when the restaurant is on a waiting list, so we are unable to accommodate private events on the patio.
Do you do catering?
While we would love to share our food with you in more ways, regrettably we don't have the staff or the equipment to do catering jobs. We highly recommend Pere Marquette Catering & Bistro in Reed City. Deb & her staff do an amazing job & cater a large area of Michigan.
